The club was founded as Smoke Eaters in reference to the Canadian amateur team Trail Smoke Eaters, who twice became Canada's world champion. 

Our association offers both top sport and recreational sport and therefore has opportunities for everyone who loses their heart to this game. We offer the best youth academy in the Netherlands and our competition teams are highly regarded. In addition, we also have a recreational team for players who start at a later age or who have less time to intensively engage in their sport. 

Besides goalie Dean and 2nd goalie Noah we have 5 defenders (Tessa, David, Jaylan, Peter and Lars) and 8 forwards (Julia, Georgie, Luka, Mason, Liam, Gordie, Jayson and Jeremiah).

The team is led by Nick Gardeniers and Gord Zubyck. The team manager is Miriam Bosten.
